Abstract
Time discipline culture is an important aspect in improving employee performance in government agencies, including the Rambipuji Jember Religious Affairs Office (KUA). However, employee perceptions of time discipline culture still vary and affect the effectiveness of task implementation. This study aims to determine employee perceptions of time discipline culture, identify factors that influence time discipline, and evaluate the impact of time discipline on work productivity in the office. In addition, this study also aims to reveal the obstacles faced in implementing time discipline culture. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees. The results of the study showed that most employees have a positive perception of the importance of time discipline, but there is still irregularity in the implementation of time discipline. Internal factors such as motivation and individual awareness play a major role in forming a time discipline culture, while external factors such as supervision and sanctions are not optimally implemented. This study reveals a gap between positive perceptions and inconsistent time discipline practices, so a more effective strategy is needed to strengthen the culture of discipline at the Rambipuji Jember Religious Affairs Office.
