Manajemen Konflik Dalam Perspektif Al-Quran Analisis Konsep Islah, Sulh, Dan Ukhuwwah Sebagai Solusi Transformasi Sosial
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article examines the conceptual construction of conflict management from the Qur’anic perspective through three key principles: islah, ṣulḥ, and ukhuwwah. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 42 peer-reviewed international journal articles published between 2018 and 2024, this study identifies how these Qur’anic values align with and enrich modern conflict resolution frameworks. The findings reveal that islah strongly correlates with restorative justice models, particularly in terms of relational healing, acknowledgment of wrongdoing, and processes of forgiveness as central components of conflict transformation. The concept of ṣulḥ emerges as the closest parallel to contemporary mediation practices, yet it demonstrates higher effectiveness due to its embedded moral and spiritual legitimacy, which increases acceptance and compliance among disputing parties. Meanwhile, ukhuwwah operates as a moderating variable that sustains long-term reconciliation through trust-building, collective responsibility, and moral commitment. The integration of these three Qur’anic principles results in a comprehensive model of conflict management that not only resolves disputes at a surface level but also restores social structures and enhances community resilience. This study offers a significant theoretical contribution by systematically mapping Qur’anic values into an operational conflict management framework, providing a foundation for developing faith-based reconciliation models suitable for contemporary societies.
