Abstract
This research aims to analyze the stages of development and change of human resources (HR) in da'wah institutions in a systematic and sustainable manner. The approach used is qualitative-descriptive by integrating various perspectives of management and organizational theory, such as the concept of organizational diagnosis, mindset change, organizational structure, human resource development, and digital transformation. The stages studied include nine main processes, namely diagnosing human resource problems, determining the direction of change (mindset shift), structuring structures and roles, recruitment and regeneration based on potential, contextual training, mentoring and implementation, impact-based evaluation, strengthening organizational culture, and digital adaptation. The results of the discussion show that the human resource development of da'wah institutions must start from accurate and data-based diagnosis in order to be able to comprehensively identify the root of the problem. Furthermore, a change in mindset is key in driving organizational transformation from a conventional approach to a more adaptive, professional, and impact-based orientation. A clear organizational structure and proper division of roles have been proven to increase work effectiveness and optimize individual potential. The recruitment and regeneration process based on potential is an important strategy in ensuring the sustainability of the organization through the development of human resources with character and adaptability.
