Metode dan Pendekatan Dakwah Syaikh Yusuf Al-Qardhawi

Abstrak

This article examines the methods and approaches of da'wah of Shaykh Yusuf Al-Qardhawi, one of the influential contemporary scholars in the Islamic world. This study analyzes three main aspects, namely: (1) the definition, methods and characteristics of da'wah according to Shaykh Al-Qardhawi, (2) its position in using reason as an instrument of da'wah, and (3) the transformative da'wah model it develops and its role in the Islamic world. Through an analysis of academic literature, this study found that Shaykh Al-Qardhawi views da'wah as an integral part of Islamic reform that must combine revelation and reason, be contextual, and be able to answer the challenges of modern times. His transformative da'wah model combines contemporary ijtihad, education, and socio-political involvement to build a moderate Islamic revival.
